Program Information

Jason Landers began his career at James Bowie High School in 1988.  He taught math and was the head coach of the girls volleyball team from 1998-2013.

Throughout his coaching career, Jason encouraged and inspired his athletes. Some of his athletes continued their athletic career at the collegiate level.

Coach Landers was known for being fair, firm, committed, and kind. He was dedicated to the game of volleyball and continued coaching while courageously fighting liver cancer. His legacy represents strength, perseverance, and determination that the Lady Dawgs will carry on.
